Your Own Domain Name

You will have your own identity on internet. Domain name examples are sony.com, mtv.com or cnn.com . You will get yourchoice.com as long as it is available. We can register Top Level Domain names (.com, .org, .net, .edu, .mil, .gov, .int extensions) as well as international domain names [.uk (United Kingdom), .ru (Russia), .se (Sweden), .nl (Holland), .ca (Canada) etc]. Hard Disk Space

Hard disk space is the total amount of space in megabytes occupied by your WEB directory, FTP directory, HOME directory and mail spool (POP3 Directory). Extra space can be requested. If you are over your allocated quota, you will be automaticaly upgraded to the next account.

Telnet Access

You will have full time, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week unmetered telnet access to your accout. Telnet enables you to you to execute commands on your site as if you are sitting in front of our computer.

UNIX Shell Access

You will have your own home directory on our server. You can telnet in and use various programs already installed there. Some examples are PINE (an easy to use e-mail client), LYNX (web browser), PICO (a text editor), MAIL (a primitive e-mail client), IRC (Internet Relay Chat) and networking tools like NSLOOKUP, WHOIS, FINGER, RWHOIS.

FTP Access

You will have full time, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week unmetered FTP access to your accout. FTP (File Transfer Protocol) enables you to you to upload and download files to/from your site. Your password-protected FTP host will be in the form: ftp.yourcompany.com

POP3 E-Mail Accounts

Password protected e-mail accounts enable you to download your mail to your local computer through the use of an e-mail client like Eudora or Pegasus. E-Mail addresses will be in the form of: yourcompany@yourcompany.com (standard with each account) and/or

yourname@yourcompany.com

Monthly WWW transfers

Total amount of hits your site will get in terms of bandwidth. 1 GB is standard with each account.

Multimedia Support

All major multimedia types and applications are supported. If we are missing one that you need, please contact us and we will install it for you. Some examples are:Fractal Imagers, FutureSplash, Infinop's wavelet image compression, Macromedia's Shockwave, Maple, Mathematica, Midi, NetMC, NET TOOB for MPEG, Sizzler, ToolBook II Instructor, TrueSpeech Digital Audio, VivoActive, VocalTec Internet Phone, Voxware, Vream-Virtual Reality Authority Software, VRML, WINPurchase, RealPlayer 4.0.

Daily Backups

We provide daily incremental backups and weekly full backups. Additionally, we store 24 copies of key configuration files on disk, creating a new copy every hour. Then we store these key configuration files on a seperate machine every 12 hours, and back mail up every 24 hours. We also back up the entire machine once a week.

Msql, Perl, TCL, C++, Python, Java, Awk, Sed Support

All the development libraries and tools are installed. Addtional database utilities make managing databases easier.

Anonymous FTP Access

Each domain has its own anonymous FTP directory that lets the other users or your guests upload and download files in your domain. Anonymous FTP users log in to ftp.yourcompany.com with user name anonymous and password as their e-mail addres. For security reasons, anonymous FTP directory is seperated from your main FTP directory. We regularly monitor anonymous FTP sites for illegal material.

CGI-BIN Access

CGI-BIN access enables you to execute programs residing on the server from your web pages. You will get your own cgi-bin diretory where you can place your own programs or scripts. While we do not want the scripts submitted to us before they are utilized, we expect them to be reasonable in their use of system resources. Programs that use up system resources will be terminated by our system guards.

Free for use with every domain! The powerful Wusage 5.0 program helps you determine the true impact of your site. Its reports tell you who, how, what, and why people are looking at your customers' pages! This advanced web traffic monitoring system normally sells for $75 per domain yet we include it with all the domains on that machine at no charge. It produces graphs, tables, and pie charts (strawberry rhubarb) detailing accesses per hour, per day, and per week. Wusage generates document trails detailing how customers like to travel between web pages on your site. Wusage tells you which pages are most popular on your site. E-Mail Forwarding

Forwarding enables you to redirect all the mail that comes to your site to another e-mail address. You also have the option of keeping a copy of the mail in your site while forwarding it. For example, you might want to forward your main address:

yourcompany@yourcompany.com to name@othercompany.com

E-Mail Aliases

E-mail aliases enable you to forward real e-mail address or non-existent e-maill address to other e-mail addresses. You also have the option of keeping a copy of the mail in your site while redirecting it. For example, you might want to redirect the mail that comes to:

someone@yourcompany.com to name@othercompany.com

Note that the address "someone" does not need to exist on your domain for this to work. This gives you flexibility in managing your mail.

 

E-Mail Auto Responders

By simply putting a text file in your home directory, you can respond the e-mails automatically. For example if you type some information about your company into a file named "info" and place it in your home directory, any user that e-mails info@yourcompany.com will receive the contents of this file without any manual effort from your site.

E-Mail Auto Acknowledgement

Users that mail to you will automatically get an acknowledgement saying that their e-mail has been received and is under process. You can customize the file according to your needs or you can disable it altogether.

WWW Logs

Log files are stored in CLF (Common Log Format) and is available in your web directory as www-access-log. This gives you greater flexibility if you are not content with our wusage program or you want to build usage and visit databases relative to your log files.

E-Mail Auto Responder Logs

By logging the autoresponders on your site, you get a better picture of who is requesting which document. This is very useful for collecting marketing reports about your visitors.

Your visitors can express their views about your site.

WWW Board

This CGI script makes managing a bulletin board on your site a breeze.

Free For All Links

Your visitors can add their URLs to this page the same way it is done in shopping malls.

Full Site Counter

This CGI script changes the text or images on your page as defined by you. Vistors get a feeling that your site is active and constantly being worked on even though you are too busy to deal with your web site.

Search Engines Submission

We will submit your website to the amount of search engines mentioned in each particular account. This is an extra service done by many companies for a charge of 59.95 USD per 200 search engine submissions yet we do it freee for our clients. You will be requested to supply us with the title to appear on search engines and the keywords.

Complete Blocking of Spam Sites

If any particular domain or e-mail account is disturbing you, let us know. We will deny mail access to them on our server so that each mail they send you will be returned back to them.

Majordomo Listserver

You can request us to forward you the anonymous FTP logs of your site.

Form Processor

Complete Blocking of Hostile Domains

This is a better and stricter measure than blocking Spam Sites. All the access for communications from the requested domain will be blocked. Use this option with care.
