What is an X5 Networks Reseller or Reseller Plan?
If you don't see an answer to what you are looking for, contact us.
A reseller plan allows our clients to generate more money by selling our services. Our Resellers are also entitled to technical support full time which is different from the limited technical support offered to regular clients. Any company or person can be our reseller. Some examples:
You make money, you get full time technical support, you utilize our services as if it is yours, you market our services and charge your clients whatever you want, you get into the internet business with no overheads. Our competitive prices allow you to offer low cost services to your clients.
Only 100 USD application fee (one time). All the other prices are the same as our standard prices less 10% discount.
You have to register with us 5 Active Accounts (Reserve Account is not active), pay 100 USD registration fee (one Time) and we will assign you a Reseller ID Number.
You can offer your clients total internet solutions. See our services section for what we offer. You can offer the same things to your customers plus whatever else you want.
You should decide how much to charge your clients. We don't regulate or decide on your business.
You can use our Secure Online Order Form to request services from us. In the Reseller ID: box, you have to fill in your number (will will assign you one when you sign up as a Reseller). Fill all the details as you agree with your client. If you need something additional than the form, mail to support@x5.net.
We will activate your services as soon as payment is confirmed. You will immediately be able to use Non-Virtual Domains. But for True Virtual Domains, you have to wait until InterNIC activates you domain name. This is usually done in less than 2 days. But there is no guarantee to it.
By Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash.
We will provide technical support to you directly regarding all your domains. We won't interact with your clients. You are responsible for providing support for them.
We cannot be totally anonymous to your clients. Only up to a certain degree you can hide your clients from us or not let them interact with us. We are on your side. See next question.
But total anonymosity is impossible. Because, the Whois Records from InterNIC for each domain you register with us will list our nameservers TESLA.X5.NET and BLUES.X5.NET as well as hostmaster@x5.net as Technical and Zone Contact. See whois results of any domain you want here.
We will not interact with any of your clients. Any inqueries or correspondence from the client will be forwarded to you. But at the same time if it was a problem, we will fix it without waiting a reply from you. This is to ensure that uninterrupted, flawless service is provided to all our clients all the time. This is only for your existing clients. We obviously cannot know the other clients you are dealing or trying to sign up with us. Naturally if any inquery comes from a party that is not associated with you, we will reply. In order to eliminate the possibility of your client's bypassing you, let us know the name of the client, company, domain name interested etc so that we will not deal with them by mistake. We are always on our Reseller's side as long as the reseller does not break our rules or mistreat his clients.
Yes, you can use our manual, Frequently Asked Questions, etc. Just don't forget to change references from X5 Networks to your company.
Let us know for which country and your proposal. By taking exclusivity from us, you will be the only party we will deal in the that particular country. All the other inqueries from that country will be redirected to you for your decision. For exclusivity, you will need to register with us 20 Virtual or Non-Virtual Domains (Reserve Accounts are not counted).
